About the Client

The Arizona Inn is a luxury, historic resort in mid-town Tucson that was built in 1930. Arizona Inn features high-end rooms, dining, and event space spread out over 14 acres of gardens, foundations, flowers, and lawns. They have been featured on Conde Nast’s Traveler Gold List, Travel and Leisure’s Top 500 Hotels in the World, the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence, and more.

We began by having candid conversations and getting to know the Arizona Inn staff. After reviewing their creative brief and delving into deep research into their industry and competition, we created a style tile and mock up of their proposed website. The design team incorporated original photos of the Arizona Inn aimed at enticing visitors through enhanced visuals. The development team took on the back-end, technological infrastructure of the site so that it functions on a variety of devices and is cross-browser compatible.

Then the marketing team came into play. The strategists created two separate lead generation pages with original concepts, designs and with custom messaging directed at the demographic that they were targeting. The pages also highlighted original photography of the location that was not available anywhere else. This photography and custom designs were also used in their highly effective retargeting campaigns. Alongside these campaigns, Arizona Inn had a pay per click campaign running that targeted a national audience in search of hotel rooms. Another very successful marketing technique that was utilized for Arizona Inn was their Facebook campaign. It was a national campaign directed at audiences in search of booking hotel rooms, it also positioned the Arizona Inn Audubon Bar as the place to get after-work drinks.


Arizona Inn has a new website including with branding that creates a modern feel and pleasant visitor experience along with PPC, Facebook, Lead Generation pages. Through internet marketing, we were able to generate a click-through-rate on their pay-per-click campaigns to up to 4 times higher than the industry standard. As a result, Arizona Inn experienced near capacity booking rates during their off-season which in turn, led them to raise their rates by up to 28%.
